I’ve had a Pinterest account for about a year and I’ve done absolutely nothing with it – I’ve spent the last six months attempting to build my Twitter and Facebook accounts – but this morning I decided to start developing my boards.
It has been hugely time consuming and I have only created four so far, but I decided to use it as an opportunity to share not only my blog posts, but my photography too. In addition, I have added a board for images that I like, and another for blog posts from my favourite bloggers. I find it fascinating to see how many different topics are available, and I have been able to find some of you guys already!

I’m just starting to wrestle with Pinterest myself, and understanding the mechanics of it is driving me nuts.
It’s difficult at first isn’t it! I felt the same way about Twitter when I started…
Welcome to the party!
Thanks for the follow and RT my lovely!
Love pinterest! I have a personal account and have recently started one for my blog.
Great! What is your link?
https://www.pinterest.com/quirkylilplanet/ I’m following you now. Lovely photos! 🙂
Pinterest is lovely, but time-consuming, one click leads to another. 😉
Glad to follow you, Suzie, here’s mine if you find some stuff you want to follow. 🙂
Now following! Thanks!
Thanks Suzie, hope Pinterest is a pleasant experience…and doesn’t suck you in. 😉
Thanks – I’m enjoying it so far!
Pinterest is so fun! I find all sorts of creative goodies on there!
I’m just beginning to get the hang of it,.. Sort of. It may take a while though haha!
I was the same!
I’m still getting my head around Twitter. Pinterest sounds like an alien concept in this particular moment in time 😃
Haha! It took me a long time to get into Twitter, so I’m certainly expecting Pinterest to take me a while!
Pinterest is great!!! My link: https://www.pinterest.com/anikasmit123/
It is great to follow you Suzie!!!
Thanks very much!
Its my pleasure!!
Following you now! 🙂
Thanks very much my lovely!
I’ve had a Pinterest account for a couple of years, just started doing something with it myself. It’s a time suck, but a lot of fun. 🙂
Haha – I noticed that yesterday! Five hours went by in a flash!
I’ve not been able to get on with Pinterest. All I seem to get from them is pictures of ladies dresses! I must be doing something very wrong.
I’m not quite sure how to respond to that Hugh – although may I suggest that something pink and lacy may compliment your eyes…
Not my hair or my figure? Oh wait a minute, what hair and what figure? 🙂
I just can’t get to grips with Pinterest.
I’ve seen how long it takes… It’s going to take me a while to set it up I think!
It really takes a lot of time!
I’ll find you there.
Thanks my lovely – I appreciate it haha!
I couldn’t find you there. Same name?
Yes – suzie81speaks
I’ll search for you again
Thanks! I’ll try and find you too – I found you on Instagram the other day…
I just found you my lovely! Yay!
Thanks! I saw it and I’m following you too!
We cannot hide anymore..;-)
Haha! I’ve avoided other social media for ages but I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it! Thanks for finding me!
Me too. I have been on LinkedIn and totally fenced on Facebook and Instagram. Then started blogging. My beliefs went upside down. I started using Twitter, opened the Instagram account and Pinterest. Facebook is still low profile as I don’t really use it.
You’re welcome. Thanks to you too!
I just started following you with your blogs and now Pinterest. Great ideas. if you would like you can check out my blog at motherofnecessity.net or my Pinterest page at motherofnecessity.
Now following! Thanks!
Is Pinterest a bowling site?
It was early. I apologize. 🙂
I have a,n account and haven’t done much with it. I don’t really understand how it works and the purpose of it.
I, trying to expand the blog and build my traffic a bit at the minute – I thought I’d give it a go…
If I had time I would spend some time on it. Thanks for following me.
I am finding it a useful way to organise things. For example I have a board of non-Wordpress blogs, so I can keep up with them easily. It’s also great to keep recipes. And then there is all the Gorgeousness– sketchbooks, watercolour, textiles. Sigh….
I have already found that I have to be careful – I spent about 5 hours on it yesterday and I had to drag myself away from it!
I’ve got to get around to doing more with my pinterest too. Going across now to follow you. Thanks Suzie.
Thanks very much! Much appreciated!
I am working on my boards on Pinterest as well. It is time consuming but definitely worth it. 🙂
