My new logo!
I woke up this morning with the intention of simply writing a post. Three hours later I’ve completely changed my theme, removed the ’81’ from my blog name so I am now simply ‘Suzie Speaks‘, added a new logo and changed the colour design, and while I’ve got a lot of CSS adjustments (or rather, The Bloke has – it’s useful being in a relationship with an IT Technician) it’s beginning to take shape. It’s brighter, easier on the eye (despite the fact it’s a little more girly that I orginally intended), but I’m pleased with how it looks so far. However, I’ve noticed that it is looking a little strange when viewed via mobile or iPad, so please stay with me until I get all that resolved.
Similarly, I’m redesigning all my title images (now I have discovered how to use Studio to make it easier to pin and tweet my posts, and I’ll be adding links to my favourite posts in my sidebar, which is now on the left rather than on the right. Next, I’m going to trawl through my posts and edit and delete the ones I’m not happy with. It’s all quite exciting really!

I was going to do a post on why 1981 was awesome, and then discovered that it was a very despressing year. There was the Brixton Riots, Murdoch bought The Times, Charles and Diana got married, The Yorkshire Ripper was caught, Scargill became the leader of the Miners Union and Britain was hit by 105 tornadoes in one night. I don’t think I’ll bother…
It was the year before I moved to high school that’s got to count for something????
Erm… Yes? Probably won’t write a post about that though, sorry 😉

Is the print a little larger, or have my eyes improved? My nose is not against the screen. I like it all.
Haha! Yeah I changed the font and made it bigger… Glad it’s helpful! At least you won’t have a smudged screen now!
I hate tiny print blogs, and many times avoid them as they are too hard to read. You have to be good to get me to stick with reading one! I never complain however. I just praise them when they fix it! Hear me people! If you know how to change the font larger, do it!!! There are people out there passing you by.
