In an effort to inject some positivity into my daily mindset and the online world I have created a Daily Gratitude Challenge and I am inviting everyone to participate. If you have missed my introductory post that explains the challenge and maps out the daily post schedule, visit here.
Day 30 of the Daily Gratitude Challenge is about monthly gratitude.
Things I Am Grateful For This Month
I suppose that it would have made more sense that to put this as the last post for the Daily Gratitude Challenge instead of the penultimate one, but at this point I am too lazy and tired to change everything around.
My old normal would have involved lots of different adventures and experiences. However, I realised that I have rarely left the house in the last four weeks other than to walk my high-risk friend’s rather large and adorable dog, so putting together an list of exciting things that I am grateful for is a little difficult.
But there have been plenty of things to be grateful for: we are safe and well, our house isn’t falling down around us, our cupboards are full and I have been given the opportunity to have a rethink and move forwards. I have laughed almost every day, and treated us every so often with food from local independents. I have almost achieved the one goal that I set myself by blogging every single day, and I’m excited for the next few months as I have some new plans, and it is all looking really positive.
And with everything that is going on elsewhere in the world, you can’t ask for much more than that…
